The ‘Awaiting Confirmation’ page is a dedicated space within our system where orders that have been priced by an advisor await customer approval. This interface allows for efficient monitoring and follow-up on price requests submitted by customers.

Key Features:

  • Registration Field: Displays either the vehicle registration number for specific part requests or general categories such as ‘Stock’ for broader inquiries.
  • Order Number: Each order is given a unique identifier, which remains consistent through the confirmation process.
  • PO Number: If provided, it reflects the purchase order number for integration with financial tracking.
  • Company Column: Indicates the company that has placed the order, enabling quick identification for account management.
  • Make and Model: When applicable, it shows the make and model of the vehicle for which parts are requested, which is critical for ensuring order accuracy.
  • Advisor & Requester: Lists the advisor who priced the request alongside the customer who initiated it, ensuring clarity in communication channels.
  • Quote Value: The price quoted to the customer for the requested parts, awaiting the customer’s confirmation to proceed.

Navigation and Tools:

  • Status Indicators: Colored dots signal the current status of the order, guiding advisors on necessary actions.
  • Search Functionality: Utilize the search bar to quickly locate specific orders using various criteria.
  • Export Capability: Allows for the exporting of the order list for reporting purposes or further analysis.
  • User and Depot Selection: Filter orders by user or depot to manage orders across different teams or locations.
  • Pagination Controls: Navigate through different pages to manage multiple orders with ease.
