Our dashboard is designed to provide a succinct and real-time overview of various business metrics pertaining to orders and sales. Each section offers visual representations of data to help you quickly grasp your business performance and make informed decisions.
Top Section
Order Volume: This bar chart presents the number of orders processed over specific time frames, enabling you to track order frequency and identify trends or patterns in your sales volume.
Order Value: Reflecting the monetary value of orders within the same time intervals as the Order Volume chart, this bar chart helps you monitor the financial impact of your orders.
Order By Account: A comparative display that ranks accounts by order value, allowing you to see which customers are contributing the most to your business during the selected time period.
Middle Section
Team Orders: A donut chart detailing the distribution of orders handled by each team member, offering insights into individual performance and workload.
Team Order Value: This variant of the Team Orders chart focuses on the value of orders managed by each team member, highlighting their contribution to the revenue.
Team Order By Account: Combining aspects of individual and customer performance, this chart displays the value of orders attributed to each team member per account.
Bottom Section
Depot Orders: Here, you’ll find a donut chart that provides a breakdown of orders processed by each depot, helping you understand the operational capacity and efficiency of different locations.
Depot Order Value: Analogous to the Depot Orders chart, this visualises the total value of orders fulfilled by each depot, offering a financial perspective on depot performance.
Depot Order By Account: This chart correlates the depots and accounts, giving you a clear picture of which accounts are being serviced by which depot, and to what extent.
Each chart includes a “Month to date” selector, allowing you to filter the displayed data according to the current month’s statistics for up-to-date analysis.
