New Requests Page Overview
The ‘New Requests’ page is a central component of our system, designed to streamline the order management process. This intuitive interface allows you to quickly submit and track new parts requests, whether for specific vehicles or general stock purposes.
Key Features:
- Registration Field: Enter a vehicle registration number when ordering parts for a specific vehicle or use general terms such as ‘Stock’ or ‘Tools’ for broader categories of parts.
- Order Number: Each request is assigned a unique order number for easy tracking and reference.
- Order Date: Check when each request was submitted to monitor turnaround times and ensure timely processing.
- PO Number: If applicable, record a Purchase Order number to link the request to your financial systems.
- Company Column: See which company is associated with each request to manage accounts efficiently.
- Make & Model: Specify the make and model of the vehicle for which parts are required, ensuring precise order fulfillment.
- Advisor & Requester: View the advisor handling the request and the individual who placed it, ensuring clear communication and responsibility.
- Quote Value: Monitor the financial aspect of each request with the quoted value for the parts.

- Actionable Icons: Use the tool icons to edit or update requests as needed.
- Search Functionality: Quickly find specific requests using the search bar.
